Penerima iHeartRadio Landmark Award 2026, Ludacris, menjadi pembawa acara yang mencakup berbagai genre musik ini, termasuk penampilan dari Alex Warren, Lainey Wilson, Ludacris dan RAYE, TLC, Salt-N-Pepa dan En Vogue, serta Kehlani dan penerima iHeartRadio ICON Award, John Mellencamp.
